All products in this store are made to order on a one-to-one basis. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for change of mind or customer mistakes in size/color selection. Before ordering, please tap the info button on the product page and check the size chart.

Returns/refunds are available only in the cases below, and you must contact our customer support by email with photos attached:

  • Defective product: misprint, damage, or manufacturing defect
  • Shipping error: an item different from the order was delivered
  • Lost shipment: the package was lost in transit

Return procedure

  • If eligible, send your order number and photos of the issue to service@ub2r.com or 010-5579-1074. We will review and guide you through the next steps.
  • Do not return any items without prior authorization. (The return address is different from the general warehouse.)

Note: If an item is returned without prior agreement, we cannot process an exchange/refund, and return shipping costs are not covered.

Once our support team confirms the defect from the photos, we will promptly arrange a reprint or refund.
